I had a lovely time as the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was really enjoyable, perfectly setting me up for my walks through the nearby stunning parks like Leathes' Ham, which is only about 1 km away, and the fascinating sights at the East Anglia Transport Museum, just a short stroll of about 3 km from my hotel, making it so easy to explore the city.

Fantastic stay with amazing food!

Had a fab time here! The carvery was top-notch, especially that gammon—wow! Ashley was super friendly and gave great service. The restaurant view is beautiful. Parking was easy peasy too.

The stay was enjoyable with excellent facilities. The room offered stunning views of the Broads, and the staff were accommodating, ensuring all my business needs were met effectively. Breakfast featured a diverse selection, including made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries, which helped start my workday positively. The location was also convenient for my meetings.

Only downside was the drinks in the bar being pricey, but overall, a solid experience with the room.

Oh, the tandoori delights were a culinary treat, and the local band really made our night at the Wherry unforgettable! The staff worked hard to keep things running smoothly at breakfast, so props to them for hustling!

We stayed in a beautiful double room, and you know what really hit me? That local band was something else on Saturday night, totally unexpected. The staff really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed at breakfast.

Privacy was also a concern due to a lack of net curtains, making it uncomfortable to have the curtains open. The restaurant service did not meet expectations. We waited quite a while for our dinner on the first night, and the fish and chips were tasteless. Breakfast choices were limited and repetitive. Staff were friendly, which helped, but the decor in the public areas appeared dated, and maintenance could use more attention.

Nice bar food. The carvery had great portions. The room was noisy at times due to outside sounds.
